From making a difference, to creating apparel that makes a difference, to developing a social community that will make a difference.
Chester Hall, Owner and CEO of Black Flour Coaching, is an Educator at heart, with the desire to help people be better, do more, and succeed in life.
Black Flour Coaching was established to support and mentor youth in developing mental health skills, enabling them to be at their best. This program utilizes the CASEL model, which emphasizes character development and social-emotional learning. Chester draws upon skills and strategies gained from graduate-level courses, a life coaching certification, and various trainings in personal development, public speaking, bullying prevention, and leadership development. His mission is to cultivate a community of young people who are self-aware, socially conscious, and goal-oriented, all beginning in his backyard.
Chester lives in Newport News, VA, with his son, Mason, and his wife, Nyoka. Together, they are committed to the mission of Black Flour Coaching.
