Frequently Asked Questions (Faqs)

So, what does a Character development coach do?

They are just like an athletic coach but for your mastery in the game of life. A Character Development Coach helps people identify where their strengths and areas of improvement are about goals, achievements, and overall mental clarity. They then will provide exercises to develop the areas that need growth and will enhance the areas of strength. Most importantly, the coach is there to assist through life’s challenges. A coach can be a helpful mentor, teaching important skills like managing time, staying motivated, making good decisions, and figuring out what clients want for their future.

Coaches are important because they help people stay focused, build confidence, and work through problems. Whether handling stress at work or finding balance in life, a coach provides support and practical advice to help you move forward and reach your full potential.

Why Character Development?

Character development is crucial because it shapes who we are, how we interact with others, and how we navigate life’s challenges. It’s the foundation of personal growth, success, and fulfillment. It isn’t just about success though—it’s about becoming a person who positively impacts the world and lives with purpose.

Is this Therapy? Are you a therapist?

No, we are not therapists, nor are we counselors. We are part of the mental health field, and many concepts and strategies used to help clients achieve success may resemble those of therapists and counselors. Some of our coaches have even worked or trained with them. We ensure that our clients understand that our purpose is to support them in their transition from the present into their future, goal-oriented selves. Therapy and counseling review the past and how events and decisions have led to the present.

If at any time the client or we feel that counseling or therapy would be beneficial to our work moving forward, we will be happy to refer you to our network.
